Job Summary
Assistant coach for Jr High softball at Joseph City Schools. Supports the head coach in planning and organizing the Jr High sports program, teaches fundamentals, theory, and strategy, attends practices year-round, and assists with equipment, uniforms, and safety compliance. Works to create a positive learning environment, collaborates with supervisors and staff, and contributes to the program's goals and culture. Requires leadership and communication skills, ability to engage student-athletes, and physical capacity to perform duties (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds). Part-time seasonal role with duties as assigned.
