Job Summary
Plan, organize, and manage the middle and upper school track and field program for the 2026-2027 Winter and 2027 Spring seasons. Support the experience of Flint Hill students and faculty while embracing the school's mission, vision, core values, and institutional equity principles. This role reports to the Head Coach and Director of Athletics, with preference given to candidates who can coach multiple sports or fulfill other full-time faculty/staff roles. Competitive pay rates of $2,750 for the Indoor Winter season and $3,200 for the Outdoor Spring season are offered.
