Job Summary
Assist Head Coach in developing a viable high school baseball program; instruct, prompt, and supervise student-athletes during practices, games and trips; inform student-athletes of scheduled practices and games; supervise and care for issued equipment; file Accident Reports for injuries; take on additional responsibilities as assigned by head coach; performance evaluated annually.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess current first aid card
- Ability to work with young athletes
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of the sport
- Dedication to the program
- Completion of MHSA coaches' certification program
- Pending hire determined by passing background check
- All hiring will be done by School District No. 30 on an annual basis
- Dedication to the program and loyalty to the head coach
