Job Summary
Guarantee the Scrum methodological framework and facilitate exchanges among project stakeholders. Help teams progress autonomously to deliver high-value products while adhering to schedules and processes. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage backlog items productively. Animate ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives, and support organizational transition offers for clients. Ensure visibility of team progress, issues, and risks to management. Work with multiple multi-project teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Scrum methodological framework expertise
- Agile/Scrum processes experience
- Visibility of teams' progress, issues and risks to management
- Quality through innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience working with several multi-project teams

- Role as ambassador and mentor (Communities, lunch tech, workshop)
