Job Summary
Assist the head coach in developing and maintaining an in-school basketball program for 7th grade boys; build a positive rapport with school staff and community; collaborate with the head coach, coordinator of student activities, and school administration to support team development and program goals. Requires successful basketball coaching experience and a preference for candidates eligible for or holding a Virginia secondary education endorsement license. Part-time assignment for the 2026-2027 school year with an annual athletic supplement of $1,400.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience in basketball
- minimum of 3 years preferred
- eligible for Virginia License with a secondary education endorsement
