Co-Worker Health RN - Mercy Washington

Conduct comprehensive health assessments for new hires, including drug screening, medical history review, lab work, and immunization verification. Plan and direct all Co-worker Health Services activities in alignment with federal, state, and agency regulations. Administer and manage the TB skin screening program, perform respirator fit testing, and promote annual influenza and other vaccines. Provide first aid and follow-up care for on-the-job injuries, collaborating on recovery and return-to-work plans. May serve as Workers' Compensation coordinator, managing injury documentation and treatment facilitation. Compile monthly and annual reports for Joint Commission and state health departments while staying current on trends to update policies. Maintain strict confidentiality of co-worker health records and participate in wellness and safety committees.
