Co-Worker Health RN - Mercy Washington

Conduct comprehensive health assessments for new hires, including drug screening, medical history review, lab work, chest x-rays, and immunization verification. Plan, organize, and direct all Co-worker Health Services activities while administering TB skin screenings, respirator fit testing, and annual influenza vaccines. Provide first aid and follow-up care for on-the-job injuries, manage Workers' Compensation documentation, and compile monthly compliance reports for regulatory bodies. Serve as the primary health resource for Mercy co-workers from onboarding through employment, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive records. Work part-time (16 hours weekly, no weekends or holidays) under the supervision of the Manager – Co-worker Health to uphold Mercy's mission and service standards.
