Co-Worker Health RN - Mercy Washington

Conduct comprehensive health assessments for new hires, including drug screening, medical history review, lab work, chest x-rays, and immunization verification. Plan, organize, and direct all Co-worker Health Services activities in alignment with federal, state, and agency regulations. Administer and manage the TB skin screening program, perform respirator fit testing, and promote annual influenza and other vaccines. Provide first aid and follow-up care for on-the-job injuries, collaborating with departments to support recovery and return-to-work plans. May serve as Workers' Compensation coordinator, managing injury documentation and communication with stakeholders. Compile monthly and annual reports for Joint Commission and state health departments while maintaining strict confidentiality of health records. Participate in wellness, needlestick safety, and environmental safety committees.
