Co-Worker Health RN - Mercy Washington

Conduct comprehensive health assessments for new hires, including drug screening, medical history review, lab work, chest x-rays, and immunization verification. Plan, organize, and direct all Co-worker Health Services activities aligned with federal, state, and agency regulations. Administer the TB skin screening program, perform respirator fit testing, and promote annual influenza and other vaccines. Provide first aid and follow-up care for on-the-job injuries, collaborating with departments to support recovery plans. May serve as Workers' Compensation coordinator, managing injury documentation and treatment facilitation. Compile monthly and annual reports for Joint Commission and state health departments while maintaining strict confidentiality of all health records.
