Co-Worker Health RN - Mercy Washington

Serve as a primary health resource for all co-workers, conducting comprehensive assessments including drug screening, medical history reviews, lab work, chest x-rays, and immunization verification. Plan, organize, and direct Co-worker Health Services in alignment with federal, state, and agency regulations. Administer the TB skin screening program, perform respirator fit testing, and promote annual influenza and other vaccines. Provide first aid and follow-up care for on-the-job injuries, collaborating with departments to support recovery and return-to-work plans. May coordinate Workers' Compensation by managing injury documentation and treatment facilitation. Compile and present monthly and annual reports to support compliance with Joint Commission and state health departments. Stay current on trends and regulations to update policies, while participating in wellness and safety committees. Maintain strict confidentiality of all health records.
