Co-Teacher or Assistant Teachers for Twos Preschool & Pre-K Department

Design and deliver daily lessons aligned with Balanced Learning® Preschool curriculum frameworks, building early literacy foundations and developing math skills through hands-on experiences. Foster executive function skills like self-regulation and attention while preparing students for school-day structure and behavioral expectations. Assist with developmental assessments, communicate results to families, and support family partnerships through conferences and daily updates. Collaborate closely with the lead teacher to co-lead a classroom of two- to four-year-olds in a developmentally grounded environment. This role is full-time with a salary of $17–$20 per hour based on credentials. Join the founding faculty at our new campus opened in December 2025.
