Job Summary
Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision for infants. Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction and assist with observation and documentation of developmental milestones. Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day while maintaining exceptional sanitation and safety standards. Deliver the Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement and support the classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence. No nights or weekends required. Join the founding faculty of a new campus opened December 2025 to help establish a high standard in early childhood education.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in infant & toddler development
- Strong attendance & reliability
- Emotionally regulated and calm under repetitive, high-needs conditions
- Deeply patient and attentive to subtle cues
- Skilled in building trust with families — especially first-time parents
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CDA
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in infant & toddler development
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- CDA considered
- Pursuing Higher Education
- Ready to help establish and uphold a high standard in a growing school
