Formalize weekly lesson plans aligning instructional objectives with curriculum standards. Implement activities addressing children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs using diverse materials and discovery-based learning. Assess student performance through informal and formal observations while maintaining accurate progress notes. Train and supervise teacher assistants within the classroom and meet with parents to discuss individual child progress.
