Job Summary
CO Senior Team Leader – DACH (m/f/x)* leads and develops a cross-functional team serving Germany, Austria, and Switzerland; drives process optimization and automation initiatives; collaborates with Finance, Sales, Credit Collection, Dispute, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies; provides insights and reporting to enable informed decision-making and business growth; requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 3+ years in related customer/financial roles, fluency in English, German language proficiency, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and service platforms (Salesforce/Workday); preferred proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma and data visualization; remote work location in Wroclaw, Poland; travel not required; relocation not authorized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Service, Record to Report, or Payments
- Fluency in English
- German language proficiency
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Experience with Salesforce and Workday
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyse and visualize data
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and excellent communication skills
