Job Summary
Co-Responder role in Denver, partnering RTD with WellPower to respond to mental-health-related 911 calls, perform psychological evaluations, crisis interventions, referrals, and case management; coordinate with police, psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical sources; develop crisis treatment plans; maintain clinical records; participate in team meetings; understand M-1/mental health holds; wear a bulletproof vest; 3x12 shift pattern (10 AM–10 PM) with rotating days; requires Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field and state licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or equivalent licensure pathway; location-based work on RTD lines in Denver; salary ranges from $31.25/hr to $37.59/hr depending on role and licensure; benefits are described by WellPower.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field
- Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado, or master’s with LAC and ability to obtain LPC/LCSW licensure is preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience in clinical social work
- Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations
- CJIS background checks clearance
- Ability to wear a bulletproof vest during shift
