Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity verification, asking and assessing Modern Slavery and vetting-related questions. Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate assessments while ensuring all checks meet UK recruitment and compliance regulations. Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidate checks and provide structured feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes. Meet clear productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards in a fully remote environment with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, and AI-based tools
- Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in conducting video calls
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to improve tools and processes
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote role
- Weekend availability
