Job Summary
Partner DVM opportunity in Hartsdale, NY to step into a structured co-ownership model with Veterinary Practice Partners. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, establishing and upholding medical standards, guiding case management, mentoring associate veterinarians and staff, driving operational strategy, and contributing to business growth and community engagement. Ownership and long-term participation in performance and growth are available through a partnership with VPP. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
- Active New York veterinary license or ability to obtain
- 3+ years clinical experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
