Job Summary
Co-op Talent Acquisition role supporting utilities HR/TA team with administrative duties. Responsibilities include updating recruitment requisitions, reporting and data integrity, drafting offer letters, collecting new hire paperwork, coordinating background checks, scheduling interviews (including pre-screen interviews), resume review for Aecon Utilities roles, and other administrative tasks. Requires attention to detail and willingness to learn; experience in an administrative role is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work in a remote, team environment and maintain confidentiality. This is a 4-month co-op starting September 2026, with pay range $20-$24 per hour determined by location, education, experience, and skills.
Required Qualifications
- Currently working towards / or recently graduated with a degree or diploma focused on Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
