Job Summary
Co-op Student role starting January 2027 (4-month term) at DMCL LLP in Vancouver/Surrey/Port Coquitlam. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, working papers, and various accounting assignments; communicating with clients and third parties to obtain information; contributing to a collaborative DMCL culture through teamwork and engagement. You’ll receive mentorship, formal training, and on-the-job learning across engagements in multiple industries, in a flexible work environment with a 35-hour work week. Ideal candidates are pursuing an undergraduate accounting degree, have strong client-service focus, organizational and analytical skills, and are proficient with MS Office and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution pursuing an undergraduate degree with emphasis on accounting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client service
- Detail oriented with superior organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, and working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
