Job Summary
Oversee all care provided on the multidisciplinary Co-Occurring treatment team, ensuring integration between roles and adherence to the CBHC mission. Partner with director-level management to align the team with organizational values, lead clinical team meetings, and provide clinical supervision. Coordinate care between staff roles, manage team member productivity, and resolve barriers to care while assuring principles of harm reduction and self-determination. Manage various work flows to ensure appropriate staffing and effective participation in the wider service system for continuity of care. This leadership role supports daily operations within the Community Behavioral Health Center, working closely with established medication-assisted treatment teams.
Required Qualifications
- Independent Licensure Required: LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling with Independent Licensure of LMHC, LICSW or LMFT
- At least 2 years experience working with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders (COD)
- Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices and service systems
- Must be three years post licensure at the independent level of licensure for the discipline, specific to the clinician's training and expertise
- 1 year supervisory or managerial experience in a similar setting
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience at the master's level
- Experience with adult service systems including DMH and various levels of care
- Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual's professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
