Job Summary
As a full time Windsor Co-Manager, you partner with the Store Manager to drive store productivity, coach a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, manage KPI-based performance (sales, payroll, expenses), source and onboard talent, ensure payroll compliance, and maintain Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and Oasis experience for customers. You will analyze KPI reporting, translate data into actionable behaviors, lead by example, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and uphold Windsor values through respectful leadership and strong communication. The role includes merchandising decisions, brand stewardship, and operational execution to support store success in Wellington, FL.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- leadership experience
- ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- effective communication in group and one-on-one settings
- flexible and reliable schedule
