Job Summary
Manages all store operations and loss prevention, directly affecting store performance and profitability. Responsible for achieving sales, shrink, payroll, and expense goals. Coaches and motivates employees to meet personal and store sales objectives. Ensures compliance with company operations, policies, and procedures. Enforces loss prevention measures and maintains store visual standards. Assists in training, recruiting, and staffing while ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store
- Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Communicates well and effectively in a one on one setting and in a group setting
