Job Summary
As Windsor Co-Manager, you are the Store Manager’s right hand and help drive store productivity, coaching a team of assistants and stylists while ensuring a seamless Oasis omni-channel experience. You’ll analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into actionable behaviors, support talent recruitment and onboarding, maintain payroll and operating controls, and uphold Windsor’s merchandising directives and visual guidelines. You’ll lead by example, foster a culture of respect and continuous improvement, and strive to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver strong store results.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one
- Flexible and reliable schedule
