Job Summary
As Co-Manager you support the Store Manager in driving store productivity and profitability, assist in managing payroll and expenses, coach a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, and lead an omni-channel Oasis experience. You analyze KPI data to translate numbers into actionable behaviors, help recruit and onboard talent, and ensure adherence to Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and Merchandising Directive. You foster a culture of respect, coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement while partnering to maintain an organized, well-running store with strong customer service and operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience with ability to develop and motivate a team
- Effective communication in group settings and one-on-one
- Strong problem-solving and guest service skills
- Flexible and reliable schedule
- Ability to analyze KPI reports and translate into actions
- Experience with payroll compliance and store operations
- Ability to train and onboard staff
- Knowledge of merchandising directives and visual guidelines
- Bilingual not required but strong English proficiency
