Job Summary
As a Co-Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will serve as the Store Manager’s right hand, driving store sales, productivity, and brand experience. You’ll coach a team of assistants and stylists, analyze KPI reports, manage payroll and expenses, support talent recruitment and onboarding, and uphold Windsor’s merchandising directives and Visual Guidelines. You will lead by example, foster development, and maintain a neat, compliant store environment while delivering an Oasis omni-channel experience to customers. Requirements include at least 1 year of retail management experience, the ability to lead a team of up to 25, strong communication skills, a flexible schedule, and proficiency in English; you’ll work in Round Rock, TX in a full-time capacity with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings
- Flexible and reliable schedule
- Experience analyzing KPI reporting and translating numbers into actionable behavior
- Experience supporting payroll compliance and store operations
- Merchandising and adherence to Visual Guidelines
- Ability to partner with Store Manager to drive store productivity and brand initiatives
- English reading and writing proficiency
