Job Summary
Manage all store operations, loss prevention, and decisions affecting store performance and profitability. Accountable for achieving sales, shrink, payroll, and expense expectations while directing sales through coaching and motivating employees. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines; control shrink by practicing and preventing loss. Apply and coach staff on 4 Step Selling Techniques, achieve personal and company KPI goals, and delegate daily operational duties. Assist in training, recruiting, and staffing while maintaining visual standards, good housekeeping, and a safe environment. Make deposits, hold keys, and protect company assets. Requires minimum one year retail management experience or six months at Windsor, proven leadership for teams up to 25, and ability to resolve customer and associate issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store
- Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Communicates well and effectively in a one on one setting and in a group setting
- Integrity (mandatory)
- Organized and plans in ridiculous detail
- Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
