Job Summary
The Co-Manager plays a vital role in hiring, training, and developing crew members while assisting the unit manager with operational excellence to enhance store profitability and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing sales and costs, monitoring food quality and cleanliness, training staff in customer service, maintaining effective communication with the unit manager, and executing administrative duties. Candidates should have a college degree or equivalent operational experience and at least one year of relevant restaurant line operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Supervisory practices
- Interviewing practices
- Crew orientation and training program
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
