Job Summary
The Co-Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and developing crew members, ensuring store operations are efficient to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Key duties include monitoring sales and food costs, managing crew performance and service quality, conducting training programs, and executing administrative tasks. The position requires knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and supervisory practices, along with a college degree or equivalent experience in operations. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in the restaurant industry is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- valid driver's license
Additional Requirements
- must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- standing for long periods of time without a break
- lifting up to 50 lbs
- work in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer)
