Job Summary
The Co-Manager plays a critical role in hiring, training, and developing crew members while assisting the unit manager with store operations to maximize profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building sales through customer satisfaction, managing costs, monitoring food quality, staffing, training crew in service excellence and cleanliness protocols, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent experience in operations and have at least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.

- Knowledge of supervisory practices
- Knowledge of interviewing practices
- Knowledge of crew orientation and training program
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
