Job Summary
Co-Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and continuing development of crew, and assists the unit manager in operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities include managing sales and costs, reducing waste, monitoring quality and service, training and mentoring crew, implementing service goals, ensuring safety and policy compliance, maintaining inventory and cash controls, and executing administrative duties to meet store plans. Requires knowledge of Wendy's operating systems, supervisory practices, crew orientation and training, and the ability to stand for long periods, meet physical requirements, and hold a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes leadership, training, coaching, cross-training for efficient coverage, and delivering world-class service within a fast-paced quick-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
- Experience: 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
