Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing team by cultivating a guest-first culture, mentoring shift managers, and coaching staff on guest service, food safety, and operational standards. Execute store-level strategies to drive sales and profitability, managing inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash controls while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and brand standards. Analyze business metrics to identify trends, support team scheduling needs, and provide performance feedback to drive accountability across the store.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
- High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
- Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of management experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
- Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
