Job Summary
Co-Manager leading store operations, guest experience, and team development. Partners with District Manager to co-lead daily operations, sales performance, and guest experience; shares accountability for store results including sales targets, productivity, and loss prevention; leads by example on the sales floor with product knowledge; owns scheduling, merchandising, execution, training, and inventory management; supports leadership development and recruitment within scope; coaches and mentors team members to achieve goals; fosters a positive, inclusive, high-performing environment; participates in performance conversations and development planning with District Manager; physical duties include standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and ladder use; welcomes open availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of retail experience
- minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- experience leading teams
- open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- experience with POS systems, visual merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- hands-on leadership style
- ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
