Job Summary
Co Manager role assisting the store manager to operate the store to company standards; Directly supervise sales workers and perform management functions including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work; lead safety, security, and sanitation programs; provide supportive leadership to all store employees; responsibilities include customer service, monitoring sales, assigning duties, supervising inventory and cash handling, scheduling, payroll entry, pricing accuracy, staff training, performance management, and achieving sales and profit objectives through leadership and effective Store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years of related experience
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to hire/train staff
- Experience with budgeting, accounting, and payroll
- Customer service and leadership abilities
