Co-Manager - Charlotte Metro Area

Assist the store manager in executing merchandising programs, planning sales themes, and ensuring in-stock conditions while driving weekly sales growth. Provide desired levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on front-end fast service and maintain budgeted financial results for assigned areas. Conduct weekly manager audits on front-end, DSD receiving, and pricing to protect company assets and keep grocery inventory shrink under 0.40% of sales. Manage grocery inventory, control variable expenses, and forecast staffing needs through recruitment, training, and developing high-potential individuals. Hold direct reports accountable for performance through ongoing reviews and annual appraisals, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local statutes, and company policies. Maintain a safe facility, uphold sanitation and food safety standards, and facilitate effective communications with the Store Manager and field merchandisers.
