Job Summary
Oversee the service of industrial gas and diesel engines and all ancillary equipment including balance of plant, controls, and monitoring systems. Communicate with the director and other operators to receive work assignments, technical support, and maintain proper information flow among entire plant team. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintenance logs. Provide scheduled and emergency unscheduled equipment maintenance to maximize uptime. Operate CHP tri-generation power plant under varying conditions. Ensure plant cleanliness and uphold confidentiality standards. Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience and factory certification from a major industrial manufacturer.
- Factory-trained and certified technician by a major reciprocating engine manufacturer (GE Jenbacher, Caterpillar, Waukesha, Wartsila, etc.) is a PLUS!
- Familiarity with low voltage electrical distribution and production systems.
