Job Summary
Lead and manage a restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets quality and cleanliness standards, oversee inventory management including ordering and receiving supplies, implement and enforce company policies and procedures, train and develop team members to achieve their full potential, drive sales and maximize profitability, provide excellent customer service while serving the World-Famous Menu, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
