Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in building early-stage ventures or leading 0→1 product launches
- Strong experience in investment banking, capital markets, or M&A space
- Proven track record leading a business as CEO, GM, or senior executive with P&L ownership
- Deep understanding of M&A processes and experience leading deal sourcing
- A strong senior network within the investment banking community
- Strong communication skills with credibility at the C-Suite level
- Experience raising venture capital or strategic funding
