Job Summary
Set the venture's direction and lead execution by refining the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning. Drive customer development through pilot placements with design-partner companies to convert them into paid retained relationships and build the go-to-market motion. Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering teams to ship V1, while leading the seed raise and recruiting the founding team to establish the cultural foundation. Operate as CEO with a cross-functional team to deliver meaningful founder equity and scale the AI-native recruiting agency.
