CO Forensic GC

Lead cost estimation and value engineering for construction projects in Colorado. Manage multiple client matters, analyze third-party expert reports, and provide cost estimating strategies and breakdowns. Prepare expert reports detailing cost allocation, utilize pricing databases to determine unit costs for repair work, and testify as an expert witness in dispute resolution proceedings as necessary. Oversee the project team and manage the schedule to meet deadlines and budget expectations. Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent years of work experience), professional credentials related to cost estimation (GC preferable), and 5+ years of experience in construction estimation (estimator/engineer/scheduler/project manager). Must be able to walk job sites during inspections, sometimes on uneven terrain while carrying construction tools or equipment (up to 30 pounds).
