Job Summary
Coordinate tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, and objectives while assisting a Foreman in leading a high-performance crew. Review job specifications to determine materials and tools, then assess on-site conditions to set plans and assign duties for installation products and services. Monitor project progress from a time and budgetary standpoint, troubleshoot situations to meet company standards and timetables, and ensure accurate final documentation. Safely load/unload materials, drive company vehicles, and communicate with customers before, during, and after job completion. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy objects, and experience in construction or home services.
Required Qualifications

- Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor
- Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
- Valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 22 kg, and walks and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
- Ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens

- Assist with monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint
- Assists Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area
- Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site
- Assess conditions of the job once on-site
- Set forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work
- Assign duties to your crew for work to be performed
- Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals
- Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables
- Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work
- Ensure all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties
- Safely, correctly, and efficiently loads and unloads materials, tools, and equipment, and cleans truck
- Safely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to instructions, methods, standards and timetables provided by the Foreman and Company
- Drives company vehicles in a safe manner and meets all requirements to operate a company vehicle
- Assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work, accounting for labor hours and productivity
- Assists in supervising, leading and mentoring a crew of two or more people
- Leads crew in absence of Foreman
- Communicates with customer before, during and after completion of job, addressing any changes in the job prior to implementing changes
- Completes necessary paperwork, check-in and check-out procedures, as needed
- Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use and care of equipment
- Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions

- The anticipated salary range is the expected hiring range for this role in Ohio is $16.61 - $19.54
- Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location
