Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding of external team hardware, software, and access while submitting IT requests through the contractor portal. Monitor delivery dates and key production milestones using dedicated trackers to ensure work meets agreed quality standards. Raise and process purchase orders for engagements, administer vendor setups, and amend PO lines for deliverable changes or value discrepancies. Ensure submitted invoices are accurate and address concerns with external partners and the finance team. This 12-month FTC placement supports collaborative projects between Creative Assembly and external partners, offering hands-on experience in production support and partner coordination within the Horsham studio.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
