Job Summary
Co-Curricular Programs Coordinator supports design, coordination and delivery of inclusive co-curricular programs for residential students, with emphasis on events management, project coordination, logistics, data collection/analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating arts and social sport activities across 14 residences, scheduling and on-ground operations, collaborating with students and staff to co-design programs, producing promotional materials and digital content, managing communications and engagement, triage and case management within Student Life, and contributing to evaluation and reporting to inform program improvements. Requires strong stakeholder engagement, organizational and project coordination skills, data-informed decision-making, and a student-centered, inclusive approach. Occasional involvement with the Camden Campus Residential Life Program is described as required.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated experience coordinating programs, initiatives or projects in a student-focused environment with a focus on wellbeing and student development
- strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff and partners
- experience developing engaging communications and promotional materials across digital channels
- sound organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- analytical capability to interpret data and contribute to evaluation and reporting
- strong interpersonal skills, with a student-centred, inclusive and proactive approach
- experience working in higher education, student services or a related environment will be highly regarded
