Job Summary
Co-brand Card Acquisition Senior Associate on the United Card team responsible for owning strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels to drive new customer acquisition. Lead end-to-end development of technical requirements, creative briefs, and campaign prioritization, serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, develop channel-specific optimization recommendations, set and execute the strategic vision for acquisition campaigns, build strong relationships with co-brand partners, oversee creative execution in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and report on marketing performance metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or business, 2+ years of marketing/campaign management experience, travel industry knowledge, strong communication and relationship skills, ability to travel up to 10%, and authorization to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship). This role is based in Wilmington, DE with on-site requirements as indicated by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business
- 2+ years of relevant marketing or campaign management experience
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and clear approach to presenting ideas
- Strong knowledge of the travel and lodging industry, with a genuine passion for travel
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
