Lead Agile delivery enablement for Co-Brand Card programs, orchestrating discovery and planning sessions, mapping dependencies, and coaching teams to deliver across regulatory and operational boundaries; build artifacts from discovery to execution-ready plans; drive risk management and stakeholder communications; lead practice standards and enable collaboration across product, business, and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in delivery planning and execution
- Experience orchestrating large-scale, cross-team delivery across multiple workstreams
- Ability to facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder sessions that drive alignment and commitments
- Strong dependency management skills across technical and non-technical boundaries
- Skill in synthesizing delivery data into decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to set operating standards and coach practitioners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse stakeholders across teams
- Experience influencing without authority
