Job Summary
Cnslt - Bus Tech Anly on Treasury Fulfillment Technical Engagement Team at Bank of America. Responsible for supporting Treasury Sales Officers, Implementation Advisors, and Treasury Services Specialists in onboarding large corporate and commercial clients, implementing complex Treasury Services products across US and Canada. Acts as the primary technical contact for implementations, explaining options, gathering requirements, and ensuring accurate, well-communicated client needs to product teams. Requires broad knowledge of Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products, data transmission protocols (HTTPS, FTP/SSL, SFTP, AS2, SWIFT), and standard file formats (NACHA, EDI, XML). Must translate business needs into formal requirements, supervise data/file validation against specifications, and maintain high levels of client trust and confidence. Desired candidates have prior client-implementation experience with Treasury products, IT/project management background, and typically 5+ years in a similar role; a 4-year degree is expected, with IT degree preferred or equivalent experience. The role sits within Enterprise IT support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems and engages as a seasoned technical resource on projects.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree
- 5+ years experience in a similar client facing role
- Strong knowledge Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products
- Knowledge of data transmissions and connectivity such as HTTPS, FTP/SSL, SFTP, AS2, SWIFT
- Knowledge of NACHA, EDI, XML
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal partners
- Mentoring/coaching/team-building skills
- Ability to read/understand/explain file specifications
- Experience in client implementation of Treasury Products (highly desirable)
- Enterprise IT experience or degree preferred
- Shift: 1st shift, 40 hours/week
