Job Summary
Drive Pediasure growth through Healthcare Professional engagement, hospital account development, and pharmacist advocacy. Execute direct-to-consumer activation, POME initiatives, and CRM-driven patient engagement to convert recommendations into repeat purchases. Ensure optimal retail availability and promotional execution across pharmacy and retail accounts. Manage territory business plan execution while tracking sales growth, HCP coverage, and consumer acquisition metrics. This role combines scientific promotion with commercial accountability within Abbott Nutrition International's Riyadh field location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Nutrition, Medical Sciences, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutrition, healthcare, or consumer health sales
- Strong relationship management, communication, and commercial skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with HCPs, hospitals, pharmacies, and retail customers
