Job Summary

Strategize and drive process improvements for innovative care delivery models to enhance clinical services, outcomes, and patient safety. Promote technology implementation to streamline operations and optimize work processes. Collaborate with disciplines to implement policies addressing patient care assessment and evaluation. Serve as an executive leadership team member, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Assume an active role in hospital governing bodies and decision-making structures. Promote relationships with community organizations to improve patient outcomes. Establish shared governance mechanisms for nurses and ensure bi-directional information flow across the organization. Requires 3+ years as an ACNO or 5+ years as a Director of Nursing in behavioral health, a Master's degree, and an active RN license.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of experience as an ACNO, or 5 + years of experience as a Director of Nursing in an Inpatient Acute Behavioral Health Unit or Hospital
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree in nursing or another appropriate postgraduate health science degree
  • proof of enrollment with a written plan to advanced degree completion
  • Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions
