Job Summary
CNO Analyst/Programmer responsible for designing and developing custom software for CNO tools, including end-to-end data flows and tasking integration. Conduct design, code, and software-readiness reviews per government development standards; author and maintain technical documentation and development artifacts. Develop applications across Windows (.NET, Visual Studio), UNIX/Linux, and embedded/mobile platforms using Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python; adhere to secure development, testing, and deployment procedures per government practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
- Experience developing software for Windows (.NET, Visual Studio)
- Experience developing software for UNIX/Linux environments
- Experience with embedded or mobile platforms
- Ability to create and maintain development documentation
- Familiarity with government software development methodologies and approval processes
