CNN News Desk Reporting Intern

CNN’s award-winning news desk in London is seeking an intern with a strong foundation in reporting, writing, and multimedia storytelling. Responsibilities include monitoring developing news stories with editors and reporters, researching and contributing to reporting as directed, reporting and producing articles for cnn.com, contributing to CNN’s live story and newsletters, pitching news and feature stories, and collaborating with news video, photo, and design teams. Proficiency in another language is desirable but not essential. A degree is not a must-have, but a passion for journalism is. Salary is £29,000 p/a (pro rata) for a 6-month contract with a Hybrid working arrangement. Start date 1st September 2026; internship includes hands-on experience on business-critical projects and participation in the Early Talent network.
