Job Summary
CNNI Productions interns help with researching and planning stories, writing scripts, and creating social content for TV and digital platforms. Digital interns research and pitch stories, write articles, and upload content, with opportunities to work across both TV and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for a story, strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a solid understanding of TV and digital platforms. Responsibilities include producing digital content, pitching and writing articles, transcribing and script writing, and providing research notes/editorial briefs. The role is hybrid (remote and in-office) with a six-month contract, starting in September 2026, and includes hands-on experience on business-critical projects and participation in development programs within WBD’s early talent network.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate journalism degree (not essential)
- portfolio of work/content (blogs, podcasts, YouTube Channel etc)
- ability to illustrate a portfolio of work/content
- working in team environments, ideally to strict deadlines
- ability to work quickly, managing time and multiple priorities effectively
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- passion for international news
- proactive and ready to throw themselves into any task
- strong written skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
